The Viroblock facemask destroys 99.99% of SARS-CO-2 ( COVID19) virus contacting the mask in under 30 mins.
The laboratory test from Doherty Institute in Geelong supporting the above claim is available but only under signed NDA, a requirement of the Institute.
The mask has TGA Class 1 approval, certification is attached below.
The mask is washable and reusable.
In normal use (light contact with the virus) wash once per week in soap and warm water and the efficacy of the mask will last for at least 30 washes.
In cases of high contact eg a COVID 19 ward, then washing at the end of every shift.
After 30 washes the mask is a perfectly good standard facemask.
The mask uses Swiss technology and material and is manufactured in Vietnam.
The standard colour of the masks is blue as shown in the render below.
There is no minimum order quantity on the standard mask.
For an MoQ above 500 any colour may be chosen and for a small extra charge any logo or company branding added.
Delivery on orders is currently 3 weeks door to door but will be confirmed at time of PO.
The mask can be supplied now in Large, Medium, Small and Extra Small. The masks have an adjustment on the ear loops to ensure best fit.
The masks have shelf life of 3 years.
